Details Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrive at Siem Reap airport
Arrive at Siem Reap International airport where you will be greeted by your tour guide and driver. You will then be transferred to your hotel.

The same morning visit the great capital of Angkor Thom, South Gate, the magnificent temple of Bayon, originally there were 54 towers decorated with 216 enigmatic smiling faces, Baphoun, Royal Enclosure, Phimean Akas, Terrace of Elephant, and Terrace of Leper King.

 Before having lunch, continue to the jungle temple Ta Prohm, one of the most fabulous temples in the area. The temple has been left several centuries and it was overgrown by vegetations, gigantic tree roots, creepers covering all over temple towers.

In the afternoon, visit one of the modern seventh wonders of the world Angkor Wat, the most famous and the best-preserved of all temples within the Angkor complex. This late afternoon view the twilight on hilltop of Phnom Bakheng. Overnight in Siem Reap

Day 2: Kulen Mountain, Kbal Spean & Banteay Srey (B)

Drive to Kulen Mountain, the quarry which provided stones to construct temples in Angkor area. There, we first visit the site of the Lingas carved in the riverbed by successive kings of the Angkor period and a walk further will bring us to the site of a huge natural rock with on top a big reclining Buddha carved in the sandstone block. Our walk will also bring us to a waterfall, don’t forget your swimming suits and join the locals! More carvings in the riverbed can be discovered above the waterfall. Lunch box will be provided at the site.

After lunch break, drive to
Kbal Spean, we hike up to see the carvings in the riverbed. Visit the exquisite Banteay Srei, the temple was made of pinkish sandstone with delicate carvings. On the way back to hotel, make a stop at local communities to observe how they produce rice products, sugar palms and other commodities. Visit Banteay Samre and the day ends at Pre Rup, it is a great place to watch the twilight and the green rice-paddies surrounding. Overnight in Siem Reap

Day 3: Stilted village , flooded forests & Roluos Visit (B)
Today, travel to the photogenic stilted village of Kompong Pluk, it is a cluster of three villages of stilted houses built within the floodplain of the Tonle Sap Lake. The villages are primarily Khmer and have about 3,000 inhabitants between them. We return to Roluos group, the earliest of the Angkor temples, visit three principal monuments, Bakong, Preah Ko and Lolei.  Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 4: Remote Koh Ker & Beng Mealea Temple (B)
After breakfast, drive to the remote temple, Koh Ker. Discover the long abandoned temples in the forests of northern Cambodia. Also known as Chok Gargyar, it was the ancient capital of Jayavarman IV. On way back, visit Beng Mealea, a large ruinous temple overrun by vegetations. Overnight in Siem Reap

Day 5: Banteay Chhmar, Banteay Top, Silk Farm (B)
We head northwest of Siem Reap, have a stop in the town of Sisophon, also known as Svay. Continue north to the huge complex of Banteay Chhmar. Upon arrival visit the famous bas-reliefs of Lokesvaras with 32 arms.  The same day continue to temple of Banteay To, and heading back South through Sisophon and on to Siem Reap.

If time permitted, visit silk farm, it is a worthwhile place to see a slice of Cambodian Rural industry. Set amongst field s of mulberry trees, the Silk Farm is a working factory farm, producing some of the finest silk in the country. You can also learn about the process of silk making, actually hold a silk worm, see the cocoons being boiled and silk extracted, dyeing and weaving. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 6: Balloon Ride, War Museum & Cultural Village (B)
After breakfast, we head out for balloon ride, you can see the spectacular view of Angkor Park, Angkor Wat towers emerging from the jungle, the hilltop of Phnom Bakheng, West Barray reservoir, city landscape and mountain ranges. Drive back to the War Museum, an outdoor displays of old war equipment including, helicopters, guns, missiles, land mines, tanks, artillery pieces and all kinds of military equipment. After having lunch, visit Cambodian Cultural Village
. Overnight in Siem Reap

Day 7: Angkor National Museum & Killing Fields (B)
Visit Angkor National Museum, the first museum in Siem Reap presenting a unique collection of invaluable art objects from the ancient Khmer Kingdom, and youwill be deeply understanding of customs, traditions and different beliefs of the ancient empire.
Vist Wat Thmei
, the Killing Fields. The Buddhist Temple (Wat) is also known as the Killing Fields Pagoda as it contains a glass-walled stupa containing the bones, skulls of victims of the Khmer Rouge, which are gathered by local residents in memory of friends and family and villagers who died. This trip is all depending on your departure time. The trip ends after your transfer to airport for flight departure.
